Rexrock Partners was founded by Jeff Fiedelman, a seasoned executive and CFO with deep expertise spanning finance, strategy, and operations. He brings a proven track record across both public and private companies, from early-stage startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises.

Mr. Fiedelman has held senior leadership roles across corporate finance, global financial operations, accounting, capital markets, product management, marketing, and manufacturing. His cross-functional experience enables him to align financial strategy with operational execution to drive scalable growth and efficiency.

As a CFO and advisor, Mr. Fiedelman has partnered with companies across a diverse set of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, specialty finance, food & beverage, restaurant, and technology.

Mr. Fiedelman has held CFO roles at several high-growth and middle-market organizations, including: 

• Legacy Housing Corporation (Nasdaq: LEGH), a producer and distributor of factory-built homes and provider of retail and wholesale financing for the manufactured housing market;
• Union Supply Group, a large, middle market retailer and wholesaler to correctional facilities;
• Pioneer Wine & Spirits, a middle market wholesaler of fine wines and artisanal spirits,  where he played a key role in scaling the business and executing a sale in 2019. Mr. Fiedelman also helped start related businesses, including a domestic wine brand and a real estate holding company;
• Oryon Technologies, a privately held licensor, developer, and manufacturer of a patented lighting technology for use in a variety of industries worldwide; and
• Substrate Technologies Inc., a private equity and venture-backed global developer and manufacturer of semiconductor components. 

Mr. Fiedelman also held senior management positions in corporate finance, operations, and marketing at Alcatel and DSC Communications. Mr. Fiedelman began his career as a consultant with Andersen Consulting.

Mr. Fiedelman has a BS in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
