Rexrock Partners

Rexrock Partners was started by Jeff Fiedelman. Jeff is a senior executive with an extensive background in finance, strategy and operations. He has public and private company experience with global companies ranging in size from start-up to multi-billion dollars in revenue. He has held leadership roles in corporate finance, global financial operations and accounting, capital markets, product management and marketing, and manufacturing operations.

Jeff has worked as a CFO and consultant for companies across many industries, including manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, restaurant and technology.

Prior to providing consulting services, Mr. Fiedelman held CFO and senior finance positions for 

• Union Supply Group, a large, middle market retailer and wholesaler to correctional facilities;
• Pioneer Wine & Spirits, a middle market wholesaler of fine wines and artisanal spirits. He joined the company at its inception, led the company through a period of rapid growth, and helped engineer the sale of the business in 2019. Mr. Fiedelman also helped start related businesses, including a domestic wine brand and a real estate holding company;
• Oryon Technologies, a privately held licensor, developer, and manufacturer of a patented lighting technology for use in a variety of industries worldwide; and
• Substrate Technologies Inc., a private equity and venture-backed global developer and manufacturer of semiconductor components. 

Mr. Fiedelman also held senior management positions in corporate finance, operations, and marketing at Alcatel and DSC Communications. Mr. Fiedelman began his career as a consultant with Andersen Consulting.

Mr. Fiedelman has a BS in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
